– Place the trash in an easily accessible area to speed up the collection, such as the front of the house, garage, or designated zone.
Includes
– Removal of household, bulky, recyclable, or construction waste from the property.
– Loading of waste into an appropriate vehicle, such as specialized trucks or vans.
– Safe transport of waste to the landfill, recycling plant, or designated disposal center.
– Disposal of waste according to local regulations, adhering to environmental and legal standards.
Does NOT Include
– Once the waste is removed, the service does not include sweeping, washing, or cleaning the area where the waste was located.
– Management of permits for the disposal of bulky or hazardous waste.
– Sorting or organizing trash into categories (recyclables, organics, bulky items, etc.). This is typically the responsibility of the client.
– The cost of the container if one is needed to temporarily store the waste.
– The service does not cover moving waste from difficult-to-reach areas (basements, attics, far backyards, etc.) without additional charges.
– If the volume exceeds the contracted size, additional fees may apply or excess waste may be refused.
– Transporting waste outside the service area may incur additional costs or may not be available.
Important
– Parking permits, If the collection requires parking in public or shared areas, make sure to check if you need permits from the municipality or your condominium.
– Access to the site, ensure that the company has easy, unobstructed access to the area where the waste is located to ensure efficient collection.
