What’s Included
- Basic Services
– Transport of belongings, moving boxes, furniture, and appliances from the origin to the destination.
– Loading and unloading, workers load your belongings onto the truck and unload them upon arrival.
– Appropriate vehicle for transport, equipped with the necessary space to meet your needs.
– Work tools, such as blankets, straps, and dollies.
- Additional Services
– Packing and wrapping, includes materials like boxes, bubble wrap, adhesive tape, and labels. Wrapping of fragile and valuable items.
– Disassembly of large furniture, for easier transport and reassembly at the new location.
– Box labeling, according to the room or category.
– Protective covers, blankets, and straps, to prevent damage during transport.
What’s NOT Included
– Packing of belongings, if packing services are not purchased, the client must pack, organize, and label all their belongings.
– Packing materials, Boxes, bubble wrap, adhesive tape, and other materials are typically charged separately or provided by the client.
– Furniture disassembly and assembly, unless included in the package, clients are responsible for disassembling large furniture and reassembling it at the destination.
– Cleaning of the house or apartment, cleaning at the origin or destination is generally not included.
– Transport of hazardous or illegal items, flammable materials, chemicals, weapons, or prohibited substances will not be transported for safety and legal reasons.
– Moving extremely heavy or specialized items, items like very heavy furniture, pianos, artworks, safes, aquariums, or industrial equipment may require specialized services and are not part of the standard package.
– Temporary storage, if you need a place to store your belongings before or after the move, this service is usually charged separately.
– Dermits for building access, use of elevators or parking for moving trucks must be managed by the client.
– Disconnecting or installing appliances, services for washers, refrigerators, ovens, or other electrical equipment are not included in most basic packages.

Before your move, check with your condominium if you need:
– A permit to carry out the move.
– Allowed hours for the move.
– Reserved parking space for the truck or van.
– Any required insurance for the process.
